Dr. Nilo’s Mouthrinse & Toothpaste

Homemade Rinse:

1. Bring 2 qts of distilled water to a boil.
2. Chop a 6-inch piece of an Aloe Vera leaf into chunks and place it in the boiling water.
3. Boil for 15 minutes, then drain the water (keep this water). You can eat the Aloe or discard it.
4. Add the water to a blender.
5. Add 2 Tsp of Redmond’s Sea Salt and 2/3 box of Baking Soda.
6. Mix well. This liquid is your mouth rinse.

Homemade Toothpaste:

Same as above, except add 1-2 boxes of Baking Soda until a semi-thick, muddy consistency is reached.

*For added taste, you may add 1-2 crushed Mint leaves or a couple drops of fresh lemon.
